It has been a pleasant journey with your children in this Holiday Camp,
This week we explored the ingredients and the tool of making rainbow jelly in cup, nyonya angku, red velvert in jar, candies house.
*They learn different type of flour such as glutinous rice flour, self raising flour, soft flour.
*They go through the process of making rainbow jelly to understand how temperature change will effect the form of certain liquid .
*They get to know how to handle a hand mixer with guiding.
*They explore cooking technique such as : whisking , Stirling, Mixing, Rolling and Cutting.
*Hand washing technique and hygiene.
During class we help children develop team work, they learn how to listen to instruction and wait for their turn, Turn taking during the exploration, moulding them to become more patience and tolerance, we encourage them to share their creation with friends and family at the end of the class. They did well.
With EXPLORE! at Home RECIPE CARD, sent via Email, on the listed menu above, is to allow parents and children to explore during their free time thus creating a great parents and child bonding.Happy Exploring!
