Q-dees Taman Desa is proud to
announce that we will be working in partnership with Discovery
House (a kid’s leadership training centre) to bring to you a
very powerful leadership programme known as Quantum Lead for
your children.
The purpose of this programme is to
build a strong foundation for your kids to unleash the leadership
potential in them and to cultivate good habits for your children at
school or at home. This programme has the following benefits:-
- Unleash the creativity genius of your children.
- Build confidence & self-esteem as well as empowering them to communicate with other children.
- Instil good habits such as being responsible, staying focus, having a vision and many more, so that they are equip with self leadership tools.
- A platform for them to practise and take up leadership roles.
- A venue for the children to relax with great experience of fun and joy.
- To transform the children from good to GREAT.
The
first part of the programme is designed to empower children to be
independent.
It has 3 core areas:-

1 : I choose to be RESPONSIBLE
- Take ownership of everything in life
- Be responsible of your own choices
MODULE
2 : My VISION
- Learn the importantance of goal setting
- Set short term and long term goals
- Set priorities
MODULE
3 : Life in ACTION
- The importance of planning
- Have courage and take the first step
- Preseverance
The
second part of the programme is about getting connected with others.
It has 3 core areas:-

4 : TEAMWORK
- The importance of teamwork
- Why no man is an island
MODULE
5 : UNDERSTANDING OTHERS
- Seek first to understand then to be understood
- Focus out on others
- Sharing is caring
MODULE
6 : I WIN, YOU WIN
- Creating Win-Win results
- Creating Synergy with others
- Set priorities
The
final part of the programme is about focusing out on others as well
as
anchoring on who they have become to be a leader.

- Taking up the leader's challenge

- Recap lessons
- Award and graduation ceremony with fun party
This programme will be held once a
week (10 lessons). Children who participate in this programme
will also be trained to do a special performance at the Q-dees Annual
Concert this year.

The
cost of the programme is RM330.00 (inclusive of all the
materials for the programme. Snacks will be provided). Transportation
